All ebrary titles have been migrated to Proquest Ebook Central but some links in the SciTech Collection are not redirecting properly. When one of these titles is selected from the library catalog, the ebook still appears on the ebrary platform and may or may not be available for online reading, but is not available for downloading.
As a temporary workaround, go to the Ebook Central platform and search for the title. The title is available for both Reading Online and Downloading from this platform.
