During this maintenance window, many ProQuest products, including ProQuest databases and Chadwyck-Healey databases, will be temporarily unavailable.

Customers may experience interruptions or slowness with Holdings Management (Full Text Finder) in EBSCOadmin.

Resolved 06/07/2021 06/07/2021 EZproxy/Ebook Central EZproxy Authentication/Ebook Central Access Issue We are experiencing remote access issues with EZproxy authentication for certain user groups, affecting their access to ebooks on the Ebook Central platform. If you cannot log in from off-campus via the EZproxy, please connect to the library via VPN (see instructions here: https://www.usf.edu/it/documentation/virtual-private-network.aspx) to access the library electronic resources remotely (except for Ebook Central ebooks).
Resolved 05/12/2021 05/12/2021 ILLiad (InterLibrary Loan Maintenance Atlas Systems will be performing scheduled maintenance on May 12, 2021, between 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM EDT. USF's ILLiad web pages may be unreachable during the maintenance window.
Resolved 04/24/2021 04/24/2021 Harvard Business Publishing Maintenance Harvard Business Publishing multimedia cases, online courses, tools, tutorials, and podcasts will undergo system maintenance on Saturday, April 24, from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM EDT. During this time, access to these products will be unavailable to instructors and students.
Resolved 04/21/2021 04/20/2021 Library eResources Remote Access via EZproxy USF IT has recently corrected this hostname: old.auth.usf.edu. This triggered a remote access issue to the Library via EZproxy. The issue should resolve itself soon, once your Internet provider's DNS servers update this hostname. As temporary solutions for Windows OS, we recommend clearing your browser browsing data, cache, and cookies, then press Windows + R key, open cmd, type ipconfig /flushdns, and click enter; or using VPN (see instructions here: https://www.usf.edu/it/documentation/virtual-private-network.aspx).
Resolved 04/20/2021 04/20/2021 MyEBSCO Personal Accounts Inability to log in There is a known issue with MyEBSCO personal users accounts. Users are not able to log in their MyEBSCO personal accounts and get a 504 Gateway Time-out error. EBSCO is working on resolving the issue.
Resolved 04/19/2021 04/18/2021 Library Authentication via EZproxy Not Working There is a known issue with the USF Libraries authentication/log in via EZproxy. Please use VPN (https://www.usf.edu/it/documentation/virtual-private-network.aspx) to connect and access library resources remotely. We are working on resolving the issue.
Resolved 04/13/2021 04/13/2021 ILLiad (InterLibrary Loan) Upgrade Atlas Systems will upgrade their platform on April 13th, 2021, between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT. USF's ILLiad web pages may be unreachable during the upgrade window.

USF's ILLiad web pages may be unreachable during the maintenance window. We can still utilize our ILLiad client software during this time.
Resolved 03/27/2021 03/25/2021 EBSCO Products Intermittent Linking Errors EBSCO is experiencing intermittent linking errors. Components affected: EBSCOhost Databases, EBSCO Discovery Service (Find It!), and Full Text Finder (Find it @USF). EBSCO is currently investigating the issues.

EBSCO Products Currency Due to a planned systems upgrade, users may experience a delay in the currency of publications on Find It!, Full Text Finder (Find it@USF), and EBSCOhost Databases between February 25 and February 28, 2021. Currency will be restored beginning Monday, March 1st.

Please use VPN (https://www.usf.edu/it/documentation/virtual-private-network.aspx) to connect and access the library remotely. USF IT is working on resolving the issue.
