To secure a sustainable future through an understanding of human impacts on the environment, the USF Tampa Library’s Program in Environmental Sustainability links scientists, students, and citizens to quality information resources and tools to promote research and solutions to global environmental challenges. We focus on karst science, climate, water resources, and sustainable resource utilization.
The University of South Florida Libraries' Florida Environment and Natural History (FLENH) initiative is committed to the preservation and access to resources centered on the impacts to, and effects on, Florida’s natural environment. Through data, archives, books, reports, and other media, this diverse meta-collection serves as an entry point for scholars studying topics ranging from marine science to ornithology, climate, and environmental policy.

Living Laboratories for Environmental and Ecological Research
The USF Forest Preserve is a 500-acre plot of wetland and sandhill habitat that houses a multitude of species. Check out research, teaching, and photographs related to this important wilderness preserve on Tampa's campus.
This database currently stores data from 1,360 stations county-wide and is inclusive of all groups collecting water resources information. Contains hourly information on streamflow and rainfall, and current water quality information, etc.
